In order to get the most results in your FaceBook marketing effort, you have to post very often. If you are using your profile to market your products or opportunity there is no scheduling option to do it directly on FaceBook. In the contrary, if you are using a FaceBook page, there is now a very useful scheduler available.
How do I schedule a post to appear on my Page later?
You can prepare a post and schedule it to appear later by adding a date and time in the future before you post it. You can schedule a post up to 6 months in advance in 10-minute intervals.
From your Page’s Timeline:
If you choose a date in the past, the post will appear immediately in the appropriate place on your Page’s Timeline. All times correspond to the current time zone you’re in. You can see and edit scheduled posts in your Page’s activity log.
Step by step on how to schedule a post on a FaceBook page.
First, go to the FaceBook page you want to post to.
Type your text status or photo status.
Then click on the little “Clock” icon at the bottom-left of the FB window.
You will see a scheduler appears.
Select your date in the future and time,
Then, click the “Schedule” blue button.
A confirmation pop-up will show.
You can click the “View Activity Log” lue button to see your scheduled post.
If you have other scheduled posts they will show on this page too.
You notice that you can also “Boost Post” if you use the button provided at any time you decide.
The post will be boosted at the time the post is published.
Make sure you have a valid credit card on file with FaceBook.
This scheduling feature is great if you have a couple of post you want to schedule on a FaceBookpage, but if you want to schedule 10 posts on several pages… it becomes very difficult and time consuming.
