Matt Cutts Explains How Google Search Works
In this video Matt Cutts explains how Google Search Works in simple terms that everybody can understand. The first step Google does is crawling the web and indexing web pages, this is done very quickly nowadays compared to the 30 days required in 2000. The second steps is to order the search results with the most relevant page first. This is not easy tasks and more than 200 signals are used to do that.
